Our client are one of the worlds largest, most recognised and respected Consultancies, that provide services across the whole built environment and project life cycle. With a professional headcount over 15,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client have delivered some of the most recognised projects.

Our client have been managing projects in the middle east for over 50 years, their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country. The average project is worth in excess of 1BN dollars, with a life line of over 5 years - projects are within the construction, rail and heavy civils/infrastructure sector.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Contracts Administrator who has experience of running projects from procurement through to final account, managing the day to contracts management on the project. Therefore such duties as managing risk, data, delay, correspondence are all key parts to this role.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive MEP and Building Services and knowledge
• 15 years experience
• GCC experience
• Rail – Metro experience
• Working as a Contracts Administrator - Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor
