Job description / Role
We are seeking CVs for Contract Administrator for the role in Doha ((Qatar), this is for an International Tier 1 main contractor on a multi billion mixed use project. Please note the maximum duration of this contract will be 12 months.
Graduation preferably in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
Definite recent experience in prestigious Mixed-land Use/ high-end Building project in the GCC, mandatory.
• Daily Contract Administration of high value Subcontracts
• Strong negotiator of Final Accounts, Variations.
• Assist with the defense of Subcontractor Claims for delay.
• Prosecuting Backcharges will good levels of substantiation.
• Procurement of close out packages, tendering, drafting subcontracts and work orders.
• Input and understanding of monthly Cost Value Reporting (CVR).
Leadership and negotiating skills, strong candidate who can grow with the company in the GCC region.

• Nationality: Western educated
• Age Group: 37 – 40 years
• Minimum Experience: 12 years
• Joining Time: At the earliest
• Employment Status: Single
