Guildhall's client is a Grade A Contractor with an outstanding reputation in Qatar.

Having been awarded two new developments and a list of four already in execution phase, this is an outstanding opportunity.
A requirement has arisen for two Contract Administrator(s).
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant Engineering discipline
- 5-7 years dedicated Contracts Administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communicative skills as this role will have direct client and subcontractor liaison
- Claims experience
- BOQ's experience
- Knowledge of FIDIC
Preferable Criteria:
- Experience in Qatar
- Arabic speakers (not essential)
