Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing a Main Contractor who have been newly awarded a 500 Million QAR Hotel project in Doha.
The project has commenced with mobilisation taking place.
A requirement has arise for a Contracts Administrator to lead the team based at the site in Doha.
The role will be concerned with ensuring Cost elements are accurately maintained whist ensuring that all Claims and Contracts Administration is executed to the highest standards to ensure the best interests of the Main Contractor.
QAR 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
- Minimum of 15 years experience
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Variation Orders, Cost Reconciliation, Claims and Contracts Administration
- Experienced working in Doha (preferably)
- Worked on vertical civil projects
