Contracts Engineer

Job description / Role

- Knowledgeable in contracts & claim with relevant tendering experience.
- Contract Management, Project Monitoring & Control, Client & Sub con billing.
- Planning and Execution of activities with Labour and Material management at site.
- Coordination and Communication with various departments in a construction firm.
- Analysis of Cycle time, Labour productivities, Batching Plant, Concreting pumps, Transit Mixers

Requirements

- Civil Engineering Graduate/ Electrical Engineering Graduate
- Minimum 5 years GCC experience
- Contracts & Claim knowledgeable
- Tendering relevant experience is advantage
- AUTOCAD/Primavera
- Contract Management, Project Monitoring & Control, Client & Sub con billing.
- Study and proper interpretation of FIDIC BOOK
- Contractual Correspondence with client and third parties
- Coordination with Main Contractor, Sub-contractors,Government agencies and Cross functional teams for smooth progress and timely completion of project. Evaluation and appreciation of sub-contracts, Contractual correspondence with client and sub-contractors, Provided significant information to the top management regarding effective utilization of the vital resources and hence cost reduction of various projects ,Generating MIS reports, Documentation of all contractual letters and ISO requirements, Correspondence with Head Quarter,Regional Office and Site to maintain smooth progress of work, End user of R3 module of SAP.
- Client Billing, Monitor Expanses Vs. Budget, Monitor BOQ,Preperation of DPR, Material and Lab
