Contracts Manager
Permanent Position
Salary: 50,000 QAR plus Car
Client is looking for a Contracts Manager with infrastructure experience, in particular experience on large highway projects, where they were responsible for the supervision and the performance of contracts management of project sites.
The ideal candidate will be able to show that he can interface with other teams to assist with the development of the contracts and procurement strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices. To do this he will need to highlight that he can deal with the commercial aspects of a set of projects as part of the programme management consultant’s role on a major programme of infrastructure development works.
Requirements
Finally, for this role the candidate will need to supervise and support contract management teams to meet with the project objectives on time and within budget by monitoring the performance of consultants and construction supervisors.
To be considered for this role, my clients is looking for at least 10 years’ major highway experience, where you have managed a team of at least 5 people. You will degree educated, have experience of FIDIC contracts and be fluent in English.
