Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a leading client organisation based in Doha who are currently responsible for the development of 4 economic zones in the city. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager.

The role will be to manage all pre contract activities including managing a team producing tenders and tender documentation, contract negotiation and management as well as some post contract work such as any resulting claims.

Requirements

Candidates should preferably have a degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering and will preferably have come from a quantity surveying background although this is not essential.

Candidates should have experience of working for clients or consultants and must have extensive knowledge of pre contract work such as managing thee tender process, contract negotiation and management as well as some post contract work including claims. Candidates must be fluent in English and will preferably be a chartered member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors - UK.
