Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

I am currently recruiting for Contracts manager to work for a leading Main contractor in Qatar.

My client is looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial build projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a Contracts position.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
- MEP knowledge is a plus
- 15 min years of experience with at least 5 years Senior or Management position in Claims and Contracts or Commercial Management.
- 5 years Sen Quantity Surveyor or Sen Contracts Administrators and 5 years as Site Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Administrator in General Contracting Company esp. in GCC.
- Knowledge in Cost proposal for site instruction or change, variation order, review letters to and from the client, consultant and sub-contractors, project close out documents, project valuation as per BOQ, payment certificate execution.
