Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

Job Purpose

The contract manager’s task is to ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts. This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. The contract manager’s role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, project management, account management, business operations and finance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare Technical and Financial proposals for EPCM Projects.
• Request & review outsourced quotations from other consultants & contractors.
• Prepare cost estimates for projects
• Monitor & issue invoices to clients as per progress.
• Prepare schedules for design & supervision.
• Prepare BOQs schedules; review MEP BOQ & compile all documents for tendering.
• Maintain cost control and prepare accounts statements.
• Coordinate and follow up with Technical Department, Procurement Department and Legal Department to finalize the contracts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Certified MMUP/UPDA Grade A is a plus.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Contracts Management, Cost Control, and Planning.
