Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a tier 1 international contractor, with a footprint in Qatar since the 1970s. They have been involved in the majority of Qatar's modern landscaping & infrastructure projects inline with the FIFA world cup 2022 targets for the country.

Due to additional contract award, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on a large airport project in Doha.

Requirements

- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Proven track record of claims management with a reputable contactor in the Gulf.
- Large airport / infrastructure experience is essential
- Delay analysis & claims management specialist (10 yrs minimum)
- Available with 1 month
- Contractor background preferred over consultancy

Salary is QAR 40-45,000 per month + standard benefits
