Contracts Manager

• Preparation, review, and execution of company contracts including: Standardized contract templates, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, including the review of Client / customer proposed terms and conditions
• Ability to implement a change management process.
• Important point of contact between company and stakeholders, ensuring timely review and approval/ reconciliation of all contractual issues.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to as required.
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. Contribute to or influence company policies, as appropriate.
• Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures.
• Work with Project Management / Finance.
• Establishing and maintaining ISO standards for department
• Maintaining and preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Oversight and performance of below departments, particular regard to Management Directors Report:
- Planning
- Cost Control
- Tendering
- Document Control
- PDs/PMs
- Finance
- Procurement
- QA/QC

• Escalating critical items immediately to Project Director

Requirements

Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Quantity Surveying or contract management

Preferable:
• Master's degree in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying contract management
• Candidates must have Middle Eastern experience.

Skills:
• Primavera P6 familiarity
• Microsoft office
