Job description / Role
Guildhall is working in collaboration with one of Qatars largest Main Contractors. Due to multiple project awards they have an immediate requirement for a Contracts Manager.
- Projects vary from large-scale Mixed-Use Developments, High Rise Towers and Hospitality projects.
Requirements
- Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 15 years minimum postgraduate experience
- Extensive Subcontractor Management and Subcontracts Administration experience
- Must be based in Qatar
- Must have project experience of large-scale Mixed-Use Developments, High Rise Towers and Hospitality projects.
