Job description / Role
• Required to work for a developer in Doha. Responsibilities will include
• Management of the commercial activities for projects including contracting and procurement strategies, pre-qualifications, bid evaluation and negotiation, compliance to contracts and closeouts
• Developing and implementing Programme Procurement, Contract Administration and Commercial Management strategies,
• Manage and resolve any contractual issues, claims and disputes
• Support the Legal Department with any dispute resolution activities, as required.
• Applicants should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Admin etc
• MRICS or MCIArb
• Proven track record managing the commercial aspects of project from tender stage
• Experience in Arbitrations within the Gulf region would be an advantage
• 15 + years experience
