Job description / Role

JOB PURPOSE
Maintain and repair all Coca-Cola equipment (Coolers/ Fountain/Vending machines etc.) to maximise customers satisfaction and sales. Perform preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnosis and repair Cool Drinks equipment (CDE) and all other dispensing equipment.
• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
• Keep all Fountain Machine & Dispensing equipment in proper operating condition as per Coca- Cola Kore quality requirement.
• Provide excellent service to all Coca-Cola customers and ensure to attend 100% break down calls in minimum time gap.
• Service CDE equipment in accordance with company and federal standards.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate level of parts inventory

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
• Refrigeration & Air-conditioning diploma/ certification.
• Minimum High school passed with adequate experience in the same field

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5 to 6 year experience in same field (FMCG).

NATURE OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Should have valid Driving License. (UAE / Bahrain/Qatar/Oman).

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in any other language including Arabic will be an added advantage

SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must be able to work with flexible schedule and be available to work on weekend and on-call when assigned.
• Should have good Communication skills
• Should have good Knowledge of Areas, Roads & Traffic Rules
• Ability to work /available any time 24/7
