Job description / Role

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

KEO is hiring a marketing copywriter to develop and edit content for a wide range of marketing materials, including: website copy, press releases, online content, landing pages, internal comms, proposals, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and more.

- Interview KEO groups and influencers to uncover unique stories, curate and author content that supports our brand, brochures and strategy.
- Transform technical content into compelling and effective marketing communications; edit for formatting, grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence flow.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to support SEO and keyword strategies.
- Participate in editorial brainstorming, manage internal newsletter.
- Create new landing pages to improve search optimization and conversions.
- Measure campaign performance, report on key KPIs, interpret results and adjust as needed.
- Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends to identify ideas, opportunities and technologies to improve overall brand performance.
- Strategize with the social media manager on key messages, stories and key messaging.

Requirements

- BS/BA in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, English or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing copywriting experience for B2B communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, including the ability to break down complex ideas into simple concepts while telling a concise yet compelling story.
- Can craft headlines, subject lines and calls-to-action that capture attention and motivate action.
- Solid research skills and ability to synthesize and summarize key information.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with high standards for quality, relevance and consistency of content.
- Effective time and project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize efficiency and get things done.
- Experience with Wordpress CMS and basic HTML, social media and big desire to learn.

Skills/Experience:
- Digital marketing experience, including search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, 3d magazine software and other tools.
- Adobe Marketing Cloud knowledge and basic layout design skills using Adobe InDesign.
- Experience developing, executing and monitoring inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with a multi-discipline firm is an advantage, with proof of how content can unify and propel a firm forward.
- English is the preferred primary language, but bilingual with Arabic is an advantage.
