Corporate Associate 3 – 7 PQE
Charterhouse is working with a UK headquartered law firm that is looking to hire a high calibre Corporate Solicitor with c.3 - 7 years’ experience gained at an international law firm, to join its Doha office.
The role will be to support the lead Corporate Partner in the Doha office, undertaking a diverse and interesting position. The role will be to work closely with the Partner, covering a range of public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring etc. along with associated commercial work e.g. JV’s etc. The partner and firm acts for a range of clients from international and regional companies and financial institutions, along with government entities etc. in Doha and across the broader Middle East region. They have been recently working on and instructed in relation to high profile transactions and matters so are looking at further expansion.
Requirements
Our client is interested in speaking to an ambitious Corporate Solicitor who is already based in Doha or open to relocate. The firm would be interested in speaking to a Lawyer with a number of years UK or US international law firm experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a high profile Partner, gain some excellent experience and fast-track career development potential. Arabic language skills are advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
