Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for cost Control, contracts, estimation and procurement services linked to all projects being executed by the group through managing and supervising all policies & procedures related to cost control, estimation, contracts and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop all policies and relevant documents relating to contracts, estimation, cost management and procurement procedures.
Coordinate with respective Managerial Level of the Companies to ensure the implementation of the policies and that they are effectively fulfilled.
Ensure that all Companies are maintaining appropriate and accurate level of cost Control, by ensuring efficient procurement and by administering properly the signed contracts.
Prepare and produce in timely manner regular reports related to cost control, estimation, contracts implementation and procurement. The purpose of these reports is to advise and highlight to the Management areas of concerns, suggesting ways of improvements that are in order to allow imminent corrective actions to be taken by the senior management.
To liaise with the Finance Department in order to maintain consistently and regularly the necessary evaluation.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
Minimum 20 years of experience in construction field with at least 7 years in a managerial level looking after commercial matters such as cost control, estimation, contracts and procurement.
Bilingual is preferable.
