- Responsible for managing the financial planning,financial risks and establishing financial management policies of the Group
- Corporate and Banking Treasury, investment management, financial analysis, corporate finance and valuation.
- Treasury management including cash flow & working capital management, financial structuring, FX and to conduct investments due diligence and valuation reports.

Arabic speaker with 8-10 years at the managerial/ Sr level role in Corporate Finance with Big 4/ Corporate banking background
CFA highly preferred or CA/ CPA Must. Highly preferred experience in public listed / Big holding Group.
