Corporate Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

Responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and modeling to support real estate investment decisions. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in the financial planning and budgeting processes. The Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure the financial health and profitability of the real estate projects.

* Financial Analysis and Modeling:
* Budgeting and forecasting:
* Investment Analysis:
* Reporting and presentation.
* Risk Managment.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification( e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus.
* Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate development sector.
* Strong Financial modelling and analytical skills.
