Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to work for a major Facilities Management company in Doha.
The role will provide legal advice on all aspects of their corporate activities; resolving legal disputes and supporting the leadership teams on labour and corporate law, as well as being actively involved with the commercial team in preparing tender documents and contracts, negotiating with potential partners/clients and carrying out due diligence.
Requirements
Note: Written fluency in Arabic is ESSENTIAL as the successful candidate will need to draft legal documents in Arabic.
• At least 7 years of experience at a law firm or in-house
• At least 2 years of experience with commercial contracts
• Experience with tender preparations, including due diligence and contract review
