Job description / Role
• Supervise Quality Management System through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a quality team.
• Assist the relevant management in strategy development on strategy details based on the information/ data gathered and analyzed and based on leading practice
• Design effective and appropriate measures in addressing challenges within specific areas and applying relevant conceptual frameworks where applicable
• Organize data into report format and arrange for the preparation of graphic illustrations of research findings
• Support in adoption of enterprise wide frameworks for quality management and raise awareness to ensure proper implementation
• Maintain the Ashghal Wide Quality Management System to specify how quality will be managed across the organization
• Contribute in the development and deployment of quality policies and performance measures and monitor their implementation to ensure adherence to quality standards across the organization
• Perform quality assessments to monitor compliance
• Launch surveys that seek to measure the on quality of clients services to both internal and external stakeholders
• Perform other duties / tasks as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Preferable to have 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Up to 16 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree)
• Language(s): Arabic, English
