Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm who is looking to hire a highly motivated and professional Corporate Receptionist with immaculate presentation to join their elite organisation.
As the voice of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, filing, ensuring the reception area and boardroom is maintained at all times and providing administrative support as and when required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have excellent English both written and spoken and due to working with international offices and clients they prefer a native English speaker. You should be highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player as well as have an outstanding phone manner. You should also have good computer skills with a minimum of 3 years administration experience.
