Job description / Role
I am currently recruiting for a Corporate Recruitment Specialist for my client a major Airline based in Doha Qatar.
This person will be responsible for corporate recruitment which will be non-industry specific and cover everything from junior to senior hires across the board.
This is a fast paced role which would suit someone from an RPO or consultancy background who has great stakeholder management skills and is able to use different sourcing strategies in order to secure the best talent.
The client is offering a great package + benefits and will consider candidates from all locations who would be willing to relocate, this will be factored in to your package.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years Talent Acquisition experience specifically in corporate recruitment and will be well versed in dealing with challenging stakeholders and a fast paced environment.
You should be able to evidence the use of different direct sourcing strategies and where these have worked for you.
