Our client is a leading international B2B organisation in Qatar who are looking to hire a Country Director who will be responsible for driving business growth, team development and operational efficiency. Reporting to the international HQ, this is an exciting, challenging new opportunity for an individual who is KPI/Sales driven and is committed to delivering results by providing solutions to customers whilst managing relationships and expectations.

You will be responsible for all short and long term objectives, commercial strategy and profitability, P&L, budgets, financial performance as well as overall customer satisfaction, growth and operational movements. This role is suited to a highly motivated and commercially astute individual who can think outside the box, further capitalizing on their already strong client database. As a natural leader, you will lead by example working alongside and supporting the strong team already in place, whilst also providing strategic direction in line with the vision of the company in order to maximise returns. You will also instil the strong and successful corporate values which have already given the company a solid name in the international market.

QAR 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


The successful candidate should be Degree educated in business, engineering or economics and have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience at senior level, with a solid B2B sales background. It is essential that you have strong analytical, reporting and people leadership skills. In addition you should be motivated by KPI’s and have excellent knowledge and understanding of business operations including HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Service delivery. Ultimately the successful candidate is someone looking to join a company for the long term, where you can build on your already solid foundation and take your career to the next level.
