Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Memorize and understand all trampoline and game play safety rules.
- Supervise and assist all jumpers (kids and parents) throughout their trampoline experience by ensuring safe behavior and providing physical assistance when required.
- Communicate and enforce (ELEGANTLY) all trampoline rules and guidelines, no exceptions.
- Constantly patrol for cleanliness and potential safety hazards.
- Take action on any unclean conditions immediately.
- Report any unsafe / unclean conditions that you can not solve immediately.
- Teach the game / rules and facilitate safe dodgeball play.
- Keep ages grouped for safe and fair play.
- Add unique styles of dodgeball play – make sure it is age appropriate.
- Teach unique “slam dunking” and set up mini challenges
- Interact with children and parents with small talk, encouragement, Hi fives, encouragement and
- Execute our guest service performance standards on a daily basis
- Notice opportunities and take action to facilitate social interactions with families.
- Look for moments to surprise, engage guests with enthusiasm and go above and beyond using your own authentic personality.
- Create and perform a signature move and highlight the birthday VIPs on an ongoing basis.
- Able to respond Report any misconduct of patrons and/or employees to management immediately. This includes stealing, damaging of games/property and drug / alcohol use and cell phone distraction.
- Assist any teammate when needed or as assigned by the managers


- Living in Qatar with NOC
- Great Communication skills
- Great personality, athletic, willingness to serve guests, positive communication skills, outgoing, professional, creativity, ability to multitask
- Position Reports To: Trampoline Park Manager.
