Credit Controller
My client is a semi-government institution dedicated to driving growth and promoting economic diversification in line with Qatar’s 2030 Vision. They are currently seeking a Credit Controller to execute and monitor all collections activities in line with the established policies and procedures as well as monitor account balances and collection of unpaid third-party receivables to prevent any losses.
The successful candidate will identify accounts with outstanding invoices and establish communication with the client or relevant parties and promptly notify them of outstanding balances and continuously follow up for payment. You will establish payment arrangements, including settlements with the client and relevant parties and enforce payment terms. It will be part of your responsibility to provide detailed updates on the collection activity and update client information in the organizations collection system.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting or Finance or related field and it is preferred that you have a Master’s Degree in Business Management / MBA or related (not essential). You must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a credit collector, preferably in Qatar.
