Job description / Role
An exciting Opportunity for a Credit Controller with a top manufacturing business based in Doha, Qatar. You will be reporting to the Head of Credit Control and responsible for the full credit control service and manage minimised bad debts. The successful candidate must come from a manufacturing background with a fluency in Arabic and be based out of Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the credit control team and make sure that the responsibilities are carried out with required company standards.
* Assess and determine customer recent credit position to ensure they meet the requirements of the company.
* Take necessary action for overdue account aligned with the organisation credit policies.
* In contact with the customer with bad debts and have gone into bankruptcy or liquidation.
* Keep all essential records and make sure that applicable financial information is passed to accountant staff.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
* Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance and be a qualified accountant.
* Must be an Arabic Speaker.
* Should have manufacturing industry experience.
* Essential to have a solid credit management experience.
* Must be based in Qatar.
