Customer Service Assistant (x23) - AFGRE - Doha Festival City - Doha, Qatar

You will be responsible for efficiently managing the customer service experience in Doha Festival City Mall. At any given time, you will have to be prepared to deal with multiple individuals and their requirements. Having a customer centric outlook is essential to be successful.

You will be the representative for the mall and its reputation as in some instance, the first point of contact for guests who have entered the mall. How you behave is a reflection on the mall and it's reputation and therefore it is one of the most important function.

Requirements

In order to be a successful candidate for the role, you will need to have experience in customer service, specifically as a Customer experience representative in a shopping center or hotel environment.

At its core, the role is designed for someone who enjoys interacting with different individuals and assisting them with queries, sometimes dealing with many people at once. If you do like working on the front line, this role would be a great match for you.
