Charterhouse is working with a leading property development company which is a well-established and highly-respected brand. Our client is looking to hire a professional customer centric individual to join their property management division. The Customer Services Manager would be a key member of this dynamic organisation and report directly to the Senior Manager - Property Management.

As a Customer Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the customer call centre team. You will manage, review and align performance based on customer satisfaction surveys, coordinate with stakeholders in order to resolve customer complaints and issues, dispatch sales and leasing enquiries to sales and leasing staff as well as develop weekly/monthly reports relating to tenant requests and complaints ensuring efficient resolutions.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in business administration from a recognised university coupled with a minimum of 8 years' experience in managing call centre operations within the property sector. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of the Qatar real estate market would be advantageous.
