Qualification and experience required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.

Knowledge of OT/ICS environments is an advantage.

Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).

Familiar with company general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.

A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.

Language: fluent English.

Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

Accountabilities

Coordinate and track cybersecurity activities across company, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Verify that all prerequisites for cybersecurity tasks are established and fulfilled by contractors/suppliers prior to initiating any related activities.

Monitor and follow-up on key deliverables from contractors and vendors, including reports, asset inventories, execution plan, IP address lists, punch lists, and other relevant documentation.

Ensure effective management of assigned cybersecurity tasks in alignment with the project execution plan and contractual obligations, covering all applicable requirements.

Track and manage cybersecurity deviations and change orders, ensuring timely and proactive responses from the company to relevant contractor/supplier inputs.
