Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting the growth of one of the most prestigious organisations in the state of Qatar.
Following exceptional Q4 20 and Q1 21 performance, the organisation is using this momentum to grow its diverse portfolio of developments across Doha.
As such we are looking for a Design Manager who has experience working on multiple mixed-use projects ideally in Qatar or across the wider GCC.
We are looking for a candidate who can manage projects with responsibility over interfacing with design stakeholders and internal design teams to ensure delivery of the Master plan. This position will be involved with initial concept design through to management of detail design and construction supervision.

Requirements
In order to be a suitable candidate for this role, we require your profile to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering disciplines
- Experienced overseeing multiple construction projects
- Expert in Mixed-Use developments (Hotels, Offices, Retail, Leisure facilities, etc)
- Must have worked for a Developer, Design Manager or Main Contractor
- Ideally experienced in Qatar or significant GCC experience
