Job description / Role
Design / Engineering Manager Required.
My client is a Main Contractor who have just secured a large stadium project in Qatar for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
This iconic stadium is a 45,000 seater, and the scope of works also includes luxury training facilities and hotels / accommodation.
They require a Design / Engineering Manager who will come on board and manage this project from the get-go.
This is a key position for them. The project itself will be one of the largest stadiums in the GCC. There will be a large focus from everyone in Qatar on the progress of this development throughout. Therefore it's crucial that the team they assemble is experienced and professional.
Requirements
The chosen candidate will have the following skills / experience;
- Must have a degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be experienced within the GCC and will have worked for a a Main Contractor previously in the position of Design Manager / Engineering Manager.
- Experience working on a Stadium project is essential
- FIFA stadium experience will be looked upon favourably.
- Must be professional and will display longevity in previous jobs.
