Your Responsibilities
• Work on co-creation of digital concepts on a wide variety of domains (Product selection, product recommendation, business cases, ROI, and TCO).
• Apply innovative technologies (e.g. Blockchain, AI) to current and future business challenges.
• Provide competitive analysis of potential digital solutions.
• Take the customers point-of-view while delivering the digital assets in the market.
• Manage projects through their complete lifecycle, including monitor the planning, budget and staffing of the team delivering the project.
• Share your knowledge and experience in various domains, depending on your area of expertise
• Coach and mentor more junior team members.
• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project.
• Prepare deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Requirements
Your Qualifications
• Professional experience (between 6 – 10 years), either in consulting, and/or in the hospitality sector, specifically in designing or delivering digital solutions in the market
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies
• Knowledge of leading digital and innovation products, skills, and competencies.
• Must have consultancy experience, preferably in Big Four
• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success, as both an individual contributor and functional team member, with identifying and addressing client needs related to consulting, designing, and implementing various Microsoft application-based solutions
• Platform and capability maturity assessments
