Charterhouse is working with an international organisation who has a new and exciting opportunity for a driven, results focused and professional Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator to join their busy, ambitious and friendly team.

You will primarily be responsible for planning and implementing the Digital Marketing and Advertising strategy for Qatar and the Middle East region under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager.

In this exciting role you will work alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager executing successful digital marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness across all media platforms including website, social medical, direct marketing and advertising. Responsibilities are not limited to coordination of the development of Online and Offline media plans, managing CRM analysis of marketing as well as creating reporting tools to follow up on lead generation. You will also contribute to, and follow up of budgets, reporting tools and KPI’s. You will develop and implement a strategy to increase website traffic, optimize website visibility by localizing SEO & SEM strategy, propose implement and oversee paid social media advertising campaigns as well as review and approve all artwork and advertising opportunities, In addition, you will ensure you are update to date with competitors offerings, the market and latest trends across the region.


You will hold a bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role including monitoring/running website and social media owned, earned and paid campaigns. You will have a good understanding of Google Analytics and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and previous experience in planning and managing paid media campaigns in the GCC/Qatar. You will have a forward thinking approach, can work under pressure and will be able to work extended hours at peak times. Fluency in English is required and Arabic and/or French would be advantageous. Candidates based in Qatar and are under family sponsorship will be considered.
