Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible to implement content marketing strategy to support immediate & long-term strategic objectives and build awareness of our brand, our business units, network, innovation (s) and our existing product & services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work cross functionally, with the marketing team & business units to deliver the needed support & content. This includes budgeting & setting up workflows & implementation.
• Execute & continuously refine a content strategy, roadmap & apply the approved planned calendar.
• Develop innovative recommendations & solutions for releasing content & ensure all digital content is fit for purpose
• Translate brand needs into sound recommendations for content strategy, plans & tactical execution.
• Ensure integration of digital efforts into marketing campaigns
• Implement best practices & devise strategies to drive traffic & conversion.
• Collect a data driven mentality with replying on analysis, insight & recommended action.
• Evaluate effectiveness of digital programs through metrics & analysis.

Salary:
QAR 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical Insurance, Yearly ticket, 30 days annual leave

Requirements

Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content & strategies
• Excellent Communications skills
• Bilingual preferable
• Understanding of the digital marketing platform, from all sides customers, industrial, publisher & client perspective.
