ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Practitioner/ Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives across various industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AI, digital solutions, data analytics, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and process automation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic advisory capabilities, and hands-on technical proficiency in designing and delivering digital solutions that enhance business operations and drive innovation.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across industries such as automation, oil & gas, manufacturing, retail, IT, telecom, life sciences, and finance.
- Advise C-level executives on AI strategy, data monetization, and digital business models.
- Implement AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Predictive Analytics to optimize business processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on enterprise architecture and digital governance frameworks.
- Develop automation solutions such as RPA, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered predictive maintenance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making models and support business intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PDPA.
- Spearhead the development of smart spaces, digital twins, and IoT-enabled environments.
- Manage large-scale IT projects with a focus on digital workplace transformation, system integration, and customer experience enhancement.
- Team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management for digital transformation initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- Business Strategy & AI Governance: Experience advising C-level executives on digital transformation and AI strategies.
- Customer Experience & Digital Business Models: Hands-on experience in optimizing digital touchpoints and AI-driven personalization.
- Process Automation & Digitalization: Experience in RPA, IoT, Edge Computing, Digital Twins, Smart Spaces.
- Artificial Intelligence & Data Science: Expertise in AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Cybersecurity & IT Compliance: Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, China PIPL, and data security best practices.
- Project & Agile Management: Knowledge in Scrum, Lean, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile methodologies.
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and cloud-native architectures.
- Enterprise Architecture: Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, CMMN, and DMN.
- Data & Analytics: Strong understanding of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, and AI-driven analytics.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
- Master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Computer/ Data Science, Digital Transformation or a related field.

PREFERED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in global enterprises, consulting firms, and AI-driven organizations.
- Proven success in driving digital transformation strategies across multiple industries.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI, automation, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical advancements into measurable business impact.
