Direct Sales Agent (Banking)

Job description / Role

DIRECT SALES AGENT is responsible for the sales of different financial products; Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans. Job holders will be responsible for acquiring new to bank customers and providing them relationship banking services by cross selling salary transfer accounts and insurance/investments. Experience in insurance, wealth management, payroll & institutional sales will be preferred.

• Report to work on time and be able to proactively source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers.
• Creative in sales process and be able to work in high pressure environments to meet targets set.
• Team player who takes individual accountability for results.
• Highly organized, independently motivated worker with impeccable follow-up skills
• Strong organization skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.
• Experience in business-to consumer marketing environment in the Banking Industry

Requirements

• Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication skills.
• A minimum of two years’ work experience is mandatory.
• A valid Qatar Driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory.
