Charterhouse is working with a leading Professional Services Firm who is looking to hire a driven and confident individual with a strong business acumen who will form part of the leadership team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the firm's sales and marketing programs.
The Director - Head of Sales and Markets will provide strategic input to high-value pursuits, develop client relationships, facilitate sales coaching and training and champion marketing initiatives to enhance the brand and reputation of the firm. You will lead the sales and marketing team of seven in all business development, marketing communication and knowledge management to deliver outstanding support to the business.
The successful candidate should have experience working within the Professional Services environment and should hold a Degree in Marketing. You will have at least 10 years proven success in leading large pursuits and market segmentation processes, as well as developing and implementing complex sales and marketing programs. You will also have solid project management experience and the skills and ability to get the buy-in and support for projects from all stakeholders.
