Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established and highly regarded luxury five star hotel in Qatar who are looking to hire a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the properties F&B and culinary function. As Director of F&B you will report to the Hotel Manager strategically lead the F&B department.
Your main responsibilities to oversee the full department function across multiple outlets, managing a team in excess of 150. Developing and implementing the strategies across all outlets within the properties. As Director of Food and Beverage you will access the current F&B function and propose how to maximise whilst maintaining the brands requirements. You will be responsible for all financial reporting and budget development. You will ensure the continual delivery of the highest level of service and product to exceed expectations and provide return on investment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be an innovative, passionate and dynamic F&B leader. The ideal candidate is currently working as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B of a hotel with a solid standing as an F&B destination. You must have a proven track record of revitalising outlets, fine-tuning things to maximise opportunity. This role requires someone who is constantly up to date with market trends and has a vision to see potential.
Candidates outside the Middle East with experience in a known F&B destination property will be considered.
