Director of Guest Transportation Call Off Service (Global Sports Event Qatar 2022 - Accommodation Services) (fixed term contract until January 2023)

What you will be doing:

- Ensure the Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation coaster or Buses is well managed by service providers
- Ensure that the service providers are planning, organizing for the work and it should be completed, consistent with the required standards.
- Directing investigations to verify and resolve customer issues through the service provider.
- Collaborating with service provider to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures, goals and customer service objectives.
- Updating regularly the higher management with transportation reports created by service providers with complete process data base
- Ensure that the service provider is establishing compliance of all programs with state and Qatar regulations, in addition, they address safety concerns and customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large-scale environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- A hands-on approach is essential
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
