We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Infrastructure to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for the leadership and management of KEO's Divisional resources and ensuring that the set financial and operational plans and strategies are met. This will include coordinating business development initiatives, QMS implementation as well as the technical delivery of the highest quality within the branch.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Providing input to the Infrastructure Division's global and business strategies and performance targets.
- Preparing an annual business plan for the branch.
- Responsible for achieving the overall operational and financial strategy and performance targets of the branch.
- Ensuring that QMS is effectively implemented across the branch.
- Overseeing contract negotiations, management of variation orders, disputes and claims.
- Representing KEO in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors and JV partners, serving as an organizational ambassador.
- Continually assessing technical skills versus needs and implement measures to ensure optimal technical capability of the branch.
- Driving branch performance through leading a team of professional employees towards achievement of strategic objectives.
- Analysing existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies cost-effectiveness and service improvements.
- Coordinating monthly branch reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision the successful applicant will bring a minimum of 20 years post graduate experience in engineering, including design, business development with a minimum 5-10 years' experience in a senior managerial position within a consulting company.
- Bachelor and ideally Masters level qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Full (Corporate) Membership of an Internationally recognized professional Institution (i.e. C. Eng. M.I.C.E. or P.E.) and PMP Certification would be advantageous.
