Charterhouse are exclusively partnering with one of Qatar’s leading hospitality groups to appoint a new Director of Internal Audit. Due to a recent internal promotion, our client is now looking to hire an experienced Internal Auditor who can take the reins of this well-established brand.

Heading all internal audit activities across the group, you will be responsible for the management of the accuracy and reliability of the accounting records, as well as ensuring all company policies and procedures are in compliance with the overall business objectives.

You will be managing a small and effective team with a great team spirit as well as working alongside the chairman who has a wealth of knowledge and the desire to help you progress your career. The organisation is comprised of multiple hospitality subsidiaries and have seen consistent growth and profit over the past decade.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have over ten years audit experience within the Hospitality industry. You should be top four trained and hold a full Chartered Accountancy qualification. Team management experience is essential as you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the audit team. Strong budgeting and drafting experience is also required as you will take the lead on the audit policies group wide.
