Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Development: Lead comprehensive master planning and development of corporate, retail, commercial, and residential properties, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious growth objectives.
• Portfolio Optimization: Direct and optimize a broad portfolio, enhancing asset value and ensuring superior management practices.
• Project Execution: Spearhead major construction and redevelopment projects, from initiation to completion, adhering to the highest standards of quality and financial control.
• Leadership and Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of top-tier real estate professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Desired Expertise and Qualities:
• Proven Industry Leadership: Extensive experience in leading diverse real estate operations with a strategic and analytical approach to business.
• 15+ years experience in Real Estate Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Development , FM
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to foresee and capitalize on real estate trends.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree and professional certifications such as MRICS are preferred.
