Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an established and highly regarded 5 star luxury hotel in Doha who is looking to hire a Director of Rooms to oversee a room inventory in excess of 350 rooms. This role will report directly to the property General Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide the strategic leadership and direction with regard to the room operations, keeping in line with the overall goals of the property all to ensure a positive guest experience whilst maximising profitability and maintaining brand standards at all times.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a Director of rooms within a 5 star property or an Assistant Director of rooms for 3 years plus looking to take the next step. You should have a proven track record preferably with a housekeeping background. Preference will be given to candidates from an established, reputable, luxury 5 star brand. Middle East experience is essential.
