WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PROJECT INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN DOHA, QATAR.

The Project Industrial Operations Manager will be responsible for the Organization & Coordination of the logistics activities for the DOHA METRO project.

Key Responsibilities:

In order to support the installation activities of the project, Thales Gulf is looking for a Project Industrial Operations Manager:

Incoming material:
- Manage the reception of material with the logistics team
- Manage the inspection of the material with QC and with the customer
- Ensure accuracy of the inventory of the material stored in the warehouse

Pre-staging:
- Coordinate the pre-staging activities with the "Pre-stage manager" to plan the material to be delivered to the pre-staging area and ensure the entry in stock of the pre-stage material
- Participate in the industrialization of the pre-staging activities (planning and organization) to optimize resources
- Coordinate with PCS team to capture in PCS the Pre-staged material ready for installation

Outgoing Material:
- Manage the dispatch of material with the logistics team
- Follow up the non-conformities arising during inspection or installation to ensure the closure of the NCR

Reporting
- Monitor quality of planning
- Monitor Warehouse Performances
- Logistics milestones follow up for progress measurement

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics activities management
- Experience using an ERP/WMS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
