The Role

Document Controllers (6-month contract)

Parsons Brinckerhoff is currently working on a major Roads and Drainage project in Doha. Due to increased work on the project we are looking Document Controllers to join our team


Implementation and maintenance of the document control system

Developing and maintaining document control and reporting standards and procedures

Establish and maintain the program document numbering

Control drawings, specification, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc.

Document registration, control issue, copying, distribution and transmittal


Experience and Qualifications:

BSc in related subject or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of work experience

Expert user of internet based document control systems, e.g. Aconex

Experienced IT Professional

Middle East Experience

Sharepoint experience is preferred
