Document Controller

Job description / Role

• Submitting Documents/Drawings as per planning schedule DCI/MCI.
• Coordinating with Client and subcontractor for Documents Approval and Status.
• Coordination with planning team, QA/QC, Engineering team for submission of Documents.
• Generating Transmittal / Letters for Client submission of Drawing/Documents.
• Submitting Hardcopy to Client.
• Registering all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintaining Hard copy and Soft copy of engineering documents.

Requirements

• University graduate
• Document control experience in a construction environment on a large project / Experience on an interior fit out project preferred
• 1 + years of relevant experience in the Qatar / Gulf.
