Job description / Role

• To perform customer delivery duties/showroom delivery duties/requests for displays and customer collections
• Assist carpenters/helpers for customer deliveries/showroom deliveries for loading and unloading items
• Ensuring safety and security of the goods/vehicle/team while going on delivery/transportation
• Maintaining service logbooks for the vehicles
• To provide feedback to the delivery section about the deliveries and also to let them know if anything needs to be rectified in case of any particular delivery process
• Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of the trucks and efforts on reducing maintenance cost
• To fill up the DO/GRN sheet and handover the same with proper feedback to the relevant section

• Maintaining delivery logbook containing the details of movement between W/H to locations and vice versa
• Operate medium-sized truck to perform customer delivery duties
• To offer the greatest level of service to all customers (internal and external)
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior
