Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Metasearch marketing

- Run and optimize metasearch campaigns using Koddi / Metasearch Premium

Digital campaigns

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns: search, programmatic & social in collaboration with Accor agencies
- Reporting & Analytics: measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Campaign delivery and agency management
- Creative direction and build

CRM & email marketing

- Maintain a segmented guests database
- Handle the CRM and email Marketing with the third party tool (monitor with head office )
- Analysis of emailing campaigns results

SEO

- Run monthly SEO calls with agency to review website performance on SERPs
- Implement monthly recommendations (technical + content)

Web -Content

- Maintain website(s) content up-to date in all languages
- Maintain OTA & Metasearch content up-to date
- Maintain Accor website content up-to date in all languages

Others

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies, Provide though leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in the digital ecosystem
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements

Requirements

- Senior position, 5 to 6 years experience in related field.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Marketing and Communication
- Excellent English command, both verbal and written. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem (strategy to execution)
- Creative, energetic and passionate
- Innovative approach to work
