eGoverment Project Manager - Doha, Qatar - 12 years exp - Native Arabic Speaker
Our client, a major Semi Government System Integration Leader in the region, requires a Project Manager profile (e-government arena) for their Doha, Qatar location. The role will involve high level project management, strategic advisory and stakeholder / vendor management. Candidates with recent experience in the E-Government domain preferably working in a large scale program will be considered for the post. The role offers excellent opportunities for long term growth and career progression with a stable, professional working environment. This is a client facing position requiring candidates whom have the ability to consult, engage and persuade clientele.
Requirements
• Strong experience in project management with core expertise in delivering large solutions either from Vendor side or in large private sectors in GCC
• Commercial experience from known SIs in the market
• Strong commercial management (budget handling P/L)
• PM experience working in good, large private sector companies or Big 4's would prove beneficial.
• Arabic speaker with strong communication skills, where candidate has been reporting the program/project progress to senior representatives from client side
• At least 10-15 years of experience where last 5 years at least spent in managing real large project delivery for solutions and not infrastructure
